About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive healthcare services autonomously with a focus on high-quality patient care and community health improvement.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate services that enhance patient wellness and support proactive healthcare management.
- Engage in continuous professional development to remain at the forefront of medical advancements and community health strategies.
- Promote health education and preventive care strategies to improve healthcare outcomes within diverse communities.
Qualifications
- Completion of a program from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board.
- Active DEA certification.
- Minimum of two years of paid experience in Family Practice.
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish-speaking) are preferred to better serve our diverse community.
